Penny grew up in Greeley, Colorado. She received her law degree from the University of Denver and undergraduate degree from The Colorado College. She has worked at various non-profit organizations in Colorado and as a solo practitioner. She has experience in many different areas of law, including immigration, landlord/tenant, business formation, and contract evaluation. She has been with CSU since 2019 and enjoys helping and guiding students. Penny is excited to support students as they work towards a successful future.
Haley Dunn

Haley (she/her/hers) received her law degree from the University of Wyoming in 2018 and has been practicing since. She brings experience working within intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and stalking, primarily in the non-profit sphere. Beyond her experience in family law, she also has experience in immigration law. Prior to law school she attended Elmhurst College where she studied history, which she continues to love learning about. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family in Denver and traveling and exploring new places. She is a huge sports fan and supports all teams Colorado!
Jamey Garmon Escobedo

Jamey grew up in Westminster, Colorado. He has experience in administrative work across government, corporate, medical, and non-profit organizations. He has his Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and has most recently come from managing a local non-profit organization in Northern Colorado where he was working directly with the LGBTQIA+ populations and People Who Use Substances. Jamey is a big fan of all things Star Wars and spends his time with his husband, Aaron, and their dog, Walter. Jamey is so excited to be supporting the Student Legal Services office and the students at CSU.
