Criminal Charges

If you have been charged with a criminal offense (County or Municipal ticket or arrest) or have been contacted by the police to answer questions, make an appointment with Student Legal Services as soon as possible. How you handle your charge from the beginning is important to your future. SLS is here to educate you on your options, refer you to proper resources if needed, and above all, we are thinking about your future and how this matter could impact a career.

Please call from a place where you can speak freely and be prepared to provide your contact information and details of your situation, including the names of all parties involved. A typical screening takes approximately 10-20 minutes.
